NeoMorphs design interlocks 3 layers of next-generation materials for improved moulding capability and protection.

At the heart of NeoMorph is NCore®, a 1mm temperature sensitive inlay
> when exposed to heat and pressure NCore® moulds firmly around the teeth to form
a secure custom fit
> when cooled NCore® hardens to a non-compressible structure to “set” the custom fit, disperse impact energy and protect underlying teeth

Encasing NCore® is a thin shock absorbing layer to provide
> a comfortable reformable liner for teeth and lips
> cushioning to absorb impact energy
> a barrier to prevent attachment to braces (orthodontics)
> an occlusal (bite) pad to aid in protection for tooth on tooth impacts
